ZIMBABWE SO-KYOKUSHIN KARATE ORGANIZATION – 2013 TECHNICAL REPORT
The year 2013 was full of challenges that covered a spectrum of areas while it was also a year of achievements and glory in some events. It was a year of realization that there was room for improvement and calls for more team work.
Iran National Sokyokushin Karate Winter Camp ( 18-21 Dec ) Khouzestan – Iran
The Iran Sokyokushin Karate selected Team did winter camp held by Shihan Vahid Bahrman on Dec 21, 2003 in TARAZ mountain in Khouzestan.
All the selected students had a serious and strong practice for participation in Karate National team of Iran.
All Kyokushin Karate Clubs in Markazi Province of Iran Join to Iran SoKyokushin Karate Style Dec 16, 2013
Fortunatly most of the famous Kyokushin Karate Clubs in the MARKAZI Province of Iran management with Shihan Khansari send their request to shihan vahid Bahrman for join to Iran Sokyokushin style and they did join to Our style SoKyokushin Karate on dec 16, 2013 in Arak city.
They have more than 200 black Belt and more than 1,000 active Students.

Danish SO-KYOKUSHIN Championships 2013 (Denmark)
About 80 students participated in the Championship held in DKO HONBU DOJO the 10th of November.
KATA and KUMITE was held in a good and supportive atmosphere and many students showed strong spirit and technique.

Ukraine Seminar(15th Dec)
Ukraine Crimea Yalta 15 December a seminar in Kyokushin karate (IKO So-Kyokushin) under the guidance of Sensei Solodovnikov Dmitry 3 Dan.
The test was conducted in two stages,the first group of beginners каратеки to 10 years and up to 8 Kyu handed over in the morning. The second group of 10 years and older have taken a test in the afternoon.
Yalta,Simeiz,Sevastopol ,Alupka ,Foros passed the test. from Sevastopol recently joined us and for them it was the first test that everything is fine broke and demonstrated a good level.

Russian Kata Championship
Russian Kata Championship.
Holding place: Russia, Kirov city.
Held time: 10 am – 16 pm, November, 24
Participants from all over Russia have participated in it: more than 20 cities and towns.The event was held in 12 categories, and it was attended by 243 people.
The competitions were attended by teams from: Moscow, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Kirov, Rostov, Petrozavodsk, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Pyatigorsk, Stavropol, Dagestan, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Orenburg, Khabarovsk, Chelyabinsk, Penza, Sochi, Krasnoyarsk, Kursk, Astana, Ukraine, Estonia.

the Republican sanatorium «Simeiz» held a Cup of Crimea Kyokushin Karate (Ukraine)
30 November in Simeiz Ukraine in the sports complex on the basis of the Republican sanatorium «Simeiz» held a Cup of Crimea Kyokushin Karate (IKO So-Kyokushin) .
This 8th traditional tournament which is held at Simeis.
The competitions were attended by teams from Yalta ,Alupka ,Simeiz, Foros and Alushta ,Partenit, Massandra , Sevastopol total number of participants 140 people in the age group from 6 to 17 years .
The organizers president of the Yalta Federation of Kyokushin karate and the main judge of competitions sensei Solodovnikov Dmitry 3 Dan.
the first Atlantic Cup So-Kyokushin Argentina 2013
On Sunday November 24th, Mar del Plata Jigoku Dojo subsidiary led by Senpai Luis Fuentes, organized the first Atlantic Cup So-Kyokushin Argentina 2013 with great success, thanks to the efforts and wonderful performance of staff, referees, competitors, sponsors, friends, fans and family who came to cheer on their champions.
Surely we have witnessed the birth of a tradition: the new Atlantic Cup joins the two traditional Kyokushin Cups Argentina, the "Oyama Cup" and "Oishi Cup."

Report from Martian Arts seminar part 2 held in Tromsø, Norway 15-17 of November
Tema for the part 2 of the seminar was also self-defense in different variations, standing fighting and little bit also on the ground.
We had also a class with kata where Shihan told us about important point in kata training, example quick moving and difference between fast and slow strong movements.
For most of the trainings we wear t shirt and shorts and practiced boxing technics with punches to the head. It was a good experience for us wearing boxing gloves and higher guards than we normally do. Shihan and Sensei also repeated the dynamic training methods for strength and flexibility as we started on at the first seminar.
The kumite part was a lot about moving around and blocking Mae geri with jelly hand and counter attack. We also worked with block of low kick and moving inn for attack after.
On Sunday after kumite training Shihan and Sensei held a referee course for us, we practiced correct flag movements and we practiced in the fighting area with fighters witch created different situations for the referees. It is a lot to learn in these training sessions for us.
If you want to be a good referee you must know the rules well and practice a lot.
In the end students were happy after this experience; we are looking forward to se Shihan and Sensei in our dojo again.
